The resource will be involved in planning and implementation of all the digital performance campaigns in collaboration with media agencies based on the brief of the Head of Brand marketing. He/she will be in charge of monitor and report the data of digital campaigns: e-commerce, retail in strong collaboration with the brand’s e-commerce department. Coordination of media agencies.
Responsabilities
Planning and implementation of online campaigns related to web, e-commerce and retail following the Miele tone of voice
Planning and implementation of brand awareness and performance campaigns including the media plan in collaboration with agencies
Localization of the assets of the campaigns
Reporting and analysis of all digital campaigns: brand, e-commerce, retail
Strong collaboration with the International digital team as well as the international customer experience team
Strong collaboration with the brand’s e-commerce department
Coordination of media and creative agencies
Management, maintenance and development of the Miele website
Monitoring and reporting of website data
Profile
At least 3-5 years of experience in an digital marketing role
Good knowledge of digital marketing
Good knowledge in campaign planning and reporting
SEA – keyword advertising
Social Advertising
Retail media
Search Engine Optimization
Understanding of DMP, DSP and programmatic advertising
Good knowledge in website analytics and interpretation
Excellent English skills, German or Italian skills are a plus
Project management skills
Experience in customer journey and UX project
Experience in CRM management and e-mail marketing as well as in marketing automation
