The Head of Service PRO lead and manage the respective Professional Service business in the country and implement clear Service strategy. Defines the required services for the Customer segments and markets in the country to secure profitable Professional Service business performance, implement international objectives for Service locally across the country performance and collaborates on equal level with Head of Sales Professional in the Country.
Main Responsabilities:
Sustainable and profitable Service growth of Net Sales, gross margin, market share and volume growth inline / above targets (budgets)
Definition and execution of Country Service strategy (Service Contracts, pricing, direct vs. indirect, etc.), Aligned decisions with Regional
Elaboration and implementation of Service strategies and plans for the Customer segments and markets in the area of responsibility /accountability
Delivery of service excellence KPIs
Representation of the Country for Professional Service in Regional Service meetings
Accountable for implementation of regional/international Professional Service guidelines in the Country
Full P&L and budget responsibility (input, follow up and correction to deliver targets)
Active partecipation in leadership team meetings of the country and in the region
Main requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate
5+ years business experience
2+ years experience in heading a Service business
Experience in Service management as well as Service operations
Good understanding of Service business in B2B
Strong track record of successfully growing Service business
Customer centric mindset
Leadership capabilities
Highly performance / result oriented and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
