Logistic Process Coordinator reviews and drives development of supply chain processes within local logistics structures, maps and reviews current execution of logistics processes and functions on central, regional and local level and actively develops and support system improvements based on before mentioned logistics processes
Main responsabilities:
Support daily operations within supply chain teams
Track and map processes and process documentation within the supply chain
Identify, initiate and lead optimization projects/initiatives
Participate and represent supply chain stream within IT implementation/development projects
Coordinator of a stable ERP system + system improvements within supply chain stream
Monitoring and managing IT connections quality to external services (EDI, API etc)
Operational Logistics functions end user training preparation and coordination
Further development of supply chain transparency in cooperation with the global Logistics community
Skills required:
Knowledge of inbound and outbound goods procedures and their related systems/documents, warehouse management processes, retail’s operationals and logistics processes
Knowledge of the reference market and of the product characteristics
Knowledge of basics logistics data flows and EDI connections between providers
Problem solving and proactivity
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and projects
Communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Knowledge of Italian and English languages
